I bought for 9000$ furniture and appliances from this store. I received the chouches damaged and the microwave too. I called customer service, they sent a technician. When i called back to ask of i can exchange the couches for 2 others smaller they said they cannot exchange or return. I asked the lady that my couches are damages she said the technician didn't mentioned anything about that. One of the couch makes a sweaking noise when we sit on it. For the technician, maybe if i change the leg that could help. For 9000$ I went to the store to change the microwave No one offer help there it was heavy and for the couches I am still waiting their call back which they will never do it. Do not buy from this store. If anything will happen with your order you will not get help. Update They offered a credit for 160$!!!!
