This Devon Service Center did a full battery replacement service for our Model X. The repair was delayed several times. 7 weeks later I finally go to pick up the car and its sitting on their lot with a completely flat tire. The flat was from an inner wheel injury (where the wheel interacts with the car chassis and battery... exactly where they've been hoisting things up and down and not anything relating to normal wear and tear or the wheel/ground surface). The car was dropped off without any flat tire issues. When I brought this up, the team shrugged and tried to blame it on a slow leak (which apparently didn't have time to manifest during the entire 2 months the car was with them and then magically sped up right when they fixed it at the last moment). They asked for $600 to assist. Dumbfounded by the treatment of customers at this location. I have had great experiences at several other locations in the northeast. read more
