I went to the Devon center for front driver side tire air losing. And it cost me $51.68 and took me about 2 hours for the inspection (including the inspection for noisy). The center offered me to replace a new tire at $550 because they were not able to find the leaking. I declined the offer. But next day I went to a local tire shop and the owner took less than 5 minutes without removing the tire to find a leaking in the center of the tire. They only charged me $10 bucks to fix the issue. When I reported the issue to the Tesla customer support, they told me that if the local shop could fix the issue , it doesn't mean that Tesla believe it should be fixed it because they are very conservative on repairs. Seriously ? If they are talking about the mechanic or electric issue, I could understand "CONSERVATIVE " BUT for the tire leaking ? It doesn't make sense for me. As a Tesla lover, I'm very disappointed in the quality of their work and service. read more
