Got a flat tire and a mobile tech was sent to replace w a loaner tire, great! Now it has been 2 weeks when it should've been 3 days, and I'm driving around with a scarlet wheel the whole time. Price is high but not unreasonable... it's the lack of communication and delay that leaves a horrible impression. read more
