I am a huge fan of Tesla and the technology behind their cars. I purchased my vehicle about a year ago and have had no issues thus far. One of the things I appreciate about the buying process is the ability to test drive the car for 30 minutes on my own, without a sales representative trying to pressure me into a purchase. However, I do have some issues with this specific location. The showroom is extremely small for the number of cars they have, which leads to chaos and confusion. The service area is always backed up and it takes forever to get an appointment. They even use their parking lot to service cars, which is not ideal. For the amount of money they make, I would expect them to have a bigger and better facility. Even the inside lobby area is worse than a corner dealership. Additionally, their communication is lacking. I hope they improve and make it more of an experience read more
