Lets start with I love my Tesla! Purchase process was wonderful, though this was 2 years ago. This review is for the service center. I've had several service since delivery, both mobile and in person. My mobile/in home services were superb. The reason for my 2 stars is as a result of the in person visits including messaging for such service, max 2 stars each time. On arrival to service, it takes quite a while to be acknowledged, nobody really greets you for minimum 15 min that's quite a while to be standing there without a "hi, we will be with you shortly". In addition, there is poor sense of good customer service in general. Most recently I had a cracked windshield. If you know, it's quite upsetting , since my car is the love of my life m. Immediately I went to the app to request service for glass repair. I booked the first appt I could, which was about a month out. I also sent a message with fingers crossed for earlier. I received an estimate as you usually do. Shortly after, I received a message stating it may be best to go to Safelite, but basically they would do the work. I asked a few questions before making a decision, then the rep basically said, your appt is cancelled. Attached you will see the thread. There is no way not to read that in an abrupt non customer service way. Absolutely rude and appt immediately canceled. With my Mercedes, service was always great. This is horrible. read more

With Tesla there are two different reasons to go to a Service Center, For delivery and for service. My first Tesla I purchased and picked up at this SC was in 2018, the next in 2020. Both times, the delivery process was very quick and it felt "like I was stealing a car" easy. Papers signed and you're driving off the lot in 15 minutes. Credit to Tesla's order process. For that, Tesla would get 5 stars. Now for the service... I've brought my X in for service at least 3 times. And was unfortunate enough to get the same service advisor. My biggest issue is the lack of communication. They would tell me my car will be done by Tuesday 5pm and by 4ish before heading there, I call to make sure my car will be finished and I find out that the service hadn't begun and they're still waiting for parts. They would have allowed me to drive over and would have been irate. After giving them 2 chances, after the third visit with poor communication, I called and spoke to the manager and told them that I cannot have that service advisor again. Completely unprofessional and he gave me an attitude! The only reason why this is two stars is because of Chan. I recently dropped off my 3 for an alignment and AC smell, he was professional and a pleasure to work with. I hope to get him next time. Thanks Chan. read more

I am a huge fan of Tesla and the technology behind their cars. I purchased my vehicle about a year ago and have had no issues thus far. One of the things I appreciate about the buying process is the ability to test drive the car for 30 minutes on my own, without a sales representative trying to pressure me into a purchase. However, I do have some issues with this specific location. The showroom is extremely small for the number of cars they have, which leads to chaos and confusion. The service area is always backed up and it takes forever to get an appointment. They even use their parking lot to service cars, which is not ideal. For the amount of money they make, I would expect them to have a bigger and better facility. Even the inside lobby area is worse than a corner dealership. Went in 2 time to "fix" my headlight that was not working on a 23 model y with only 3k miles. First time i went it was "fixed" then realized it was a lot dimmer than the other, went in again and it was fixed and then came to realize that my under dash was torn off and was not put back properly, also realized a huge scratch on my door panel. Poor service i have gotten from Tesla. Just wasting time and not doing their job correctly the first time. One thing has lead me to many more issues. read more

I have been looking at EVs and specifically Tesla for a while now. I'm not exactly in the market for a new vehicle at the time being but wanted to do some research if I did make the jump in the next couple of years. I've been spoiled by the service I receive at BMW and Lexus, where I am greeted and welcomed as soon as I step inside their doors of the dealership. At this service center, I wasn't even greeted for the first 15 minutes. No one came by to check back on me after 10 more minutes so I decided to leave. If the service center is indicative of how Tesla customer service is when I'm a potential buyer, I will make sure to stay far away. It's true Tesla's usually do not require service, but when they do.... The Tesla service center in Orlando is the ONLY option for true Tesla service without traveling to Merritt Island or Tampa. Due the increasing number of Tesla's on the road in Central Florida they are booked weeks out for service. Luckily it was not an issue for me as all I needed was a simple sensor fix. So.... Tesla service process is much different than any other service center. All communication from booking the appointment to payment, service communication is done through the Tesla app. Which means there is not a number you can call to speak to someone. If you try to call the local number found online, it routes you to Tesla Customer Service Center in Cali. I have read many reviews that says Tesla does take a while to complete service and it hard to get communication during the repair process. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment and upon taking to the service center they said it was taking 2-3 days for standard repairs. Which I was not expecting...However, Tesla's customer service was amazing...They knew upon my arrival they would need to keep my car and they did not have any loaners, so they provided me with a $300 dollar Uber voucher...YES $300! According to the service rep Uber vouchers are Tesla's standard practice when they do not have loaners. The best part they were able to complete my repair same day, so I did not have to use the uber voucher. Their service department is sort of a hidden location. Tucked away between I-4 and the Range Rover dealership and not the best if you must wait for your repair. They waiting area is large with a TV but zero amenities which I thought was very surprising. They also have a small showroom. Currently they do not have any cars or Tesla products in the showroom. It was just a large empty room. There is some customer parking in the front of the building. But I did not see public use chargers which I thought was very weird being that all their clients would be driving a Tesla. This is where it gets confusing.... Tesla service center and showroom is located off I-4 however, they also have a sales showroom in Florida Mall. If you own a Tesla and are requiring service do not get confused with the Florida Mall show room. I believe the service center is call Tesla Lake Destiny Service Center. I am unsure why we (Orlando/Central Florida) do not have a full dealership?!?!? I am sure the area can support it! read more

RidiculousLy loud techno music coming through the wall from service area into the waiting room, waited three hours for an alignment for $175. Got the car finally and as I approached I 4 entrance started hearing a low level clunking when braking and accelerating. I drove to lake mary and went straight to Mavis tire... they put it up on the rack and showed me that the tie rods had not even been tightened down... described by the Mavis tech as "risky". He tightened them both down and the clunking stopped. Tried to call Tesla but as usual NOONE ever answers the phone. The next day I received a text from Tesla asking how my service was. When I responded with exactly what I'm typing above... I got a call from Joe, the service desk worker asking what the problem was. When I tried to explain, he was very interruptive with more questions, and did not want to listen to my concerns. I got furious and began cussing, and all he could say was"you're rude because you're cussing". I told Joe I was being rude because he wasn't listening and this was a very poor job done by very poor technicians, and it put my life at risk as I was driving up I-4. Then he got more sarcastic , asking me. "well why didn't you drive it back?" I said I was already on the highway and I didn't feel comfortable driving it with that noise... After leaving my car for service for some 2weeks I get my car back only to see a note that says "plz wash" not only is this unprofessional but very rude. I'm sorry that I didn't wash my car prior to having your mechanic's service it. Maybe instead of leaving notes on my dash just ask owners to do it prior. I have to start with you cannot but a better car than a Tesla. I've owed my X since December 2016 and it has been into the service center maybe 3 times. We just moved to Cocoa Beach from Dallas. The window regulator broke and the window would not roll up. Net I could not drive my car - couldn't lock and could water proof it from the rain. This regulator took less than 20 mins to replace. I had an appt at the Merritt Island service center a week out - long time not to have a car But the service center in Orlando called said they could get me in at 2pm. I made the appt and drove 50 minutes on the freeway with no passenger window. They failed to check my car into a mechanic. The service coordinator were very unprofessional. playing their radio loud. Joking and laughing with each other. The only one working was the lady - sorry I didn't get her name. When they finally figured out the car wasn't assigned, it only took 20 mins. Even then we had to go up to tell the service coordinator that it was finished- that we got a notice and had paid. Finally, 3 hrs after our appt, we said we want our car and key, we r leaving. They r soooo disorganized and unprofessional. This would never happen in Dallas. Not sure what that says. BTW no manager or supervisor to be found. read more

This was truly the worse car buying experience that we've ever experienced, the staff is very unprofessional on every level we show up a day early to pre inspect our vehicle to make sure that it would be ready for delivery and they refused to show the vehicle. come back on delivery day and they take our cashiers check sign the docs. now we wait for the car which shows up dirty with oil marks splattered all over car they basically used the tire shine all over the vehicle ! very disappointed we start inspecting further and noticed wrinkled rear seat and missed aligned front body panel which by surprise they had a service tech adjust . we then proceed to get in vehicle to leave and the car give a sensor warning so we wait for them to look and finally they tell us leave the car becuase un drivable to return next morning . I take the day off return to pick up car and service tech says to me 30 min. I should be done, we wait all day till 6:oo pm never even looked at my car waisted our day very upset speak to vic. assistant manager explain how disappointed we are this is car number 3 and another delivery of car number 4 in two more days I asked that no one else but him to communicate with me the next day Tesla sends us notifications that car is ready for pick up . We return to the dealer with high expectations the service adviser confirms that car is ready goes to retrieve the car and comes back to tell me vic is getting out car and will talk to us the whole time the little skinny tech that told us that my car would be ready in a 1/2 hour was laughing trough the window mocking us we told Andy the service writer he went to speak to tech and tech continued with no regard to mach and laugh at us ! I then call Tesla corp. speak to adviser to cancel 4th car delivery at that location and moved it to Merritt Island hoping for better results , wanted to cancel this deal and have them purchase back the car because they where incredibly unprofessional and reorder some where else these two vehicle where supposed to be my teenagers first cars and they wanted the delivery experience . They totally destroyed my sons experience and we are so disgusted...... Then Hurricane Ian hit and Orlando airport closed, flights held up for days, and no way to catch delivery day... even as pushed back as far as possible. The rep tells me they can't drive it at a higher speed and if they can't drive it at a higher speed and replicate the issue, nothing for them to fix. So a vehicle designed and made for speed can't be fixed with an obvious vibration at higher speeds??? What a joke. How about you look for a tire issue, a wheel issue, or whatever else can cause vibrations at that speed??? Rep tells me, "we are at an impasse" and some other excuse that made no sense. My friends warned me about coming to get my car serviced at this Tesla. About the long waits and horrible service. Regardless of the warnings, I went with a positive attitude as it was my first time. I was feeling hopeful. My 2023 Model 3 was squeaking LOUD every time i reversed, so i made an appointment weeks ahead of time for a 2 pm appointment. I arrived on time and checked in (no one greeted me and i had to stand infront of their desks for a while for them to acknowlegde me), they told me to sit and wait and someone was going to be with me. I waited.. 45 minutes to be exact.. i got up and asked if anyone was available as no one had got to me yet. They said they will be right with me. Another hour waiting, it is now 3:45, finally someone went outside with me to hear my concerns about the brakes. They said easy fix, should take about 15 mins. I asked if i should stay or wait, they said wait because its quick and i dont need a loaner car, i dont need to be picked up or anything.. just wait. Is 4 pm at this point, still in good spirits as they said it will be easy to fix. I wait another hour. 5 pm at this point and my car is still parked outside, not serviced. I ask again, whats going on. They said they will get to it. Mind you I AM THE ONLY ONE WAITING AT THIS POINT... aloneee in the waiting room. Is 6 pm now.. 4 hours waiting. Im the only one left, half the staff has went home. I ask again.. what is going on, no one is updating me, i see my car is clearly still parked outside NOT being serviced. They assure me im next, to just keep waiting. 7 pm... my car finally gets serviced at 7 pm.... 5 HOURS OF WAITING. They say we wont charge you, free of charge to make things okay, because they were trying to charge me $165 then $65 even though my car is under warranty!! The employee that was assigned to me from the beginning never showed his face again, he didnt even apologize or explain what took so long. All the other employees just said your not my customer so idk whats going on, this shouldnt had taken so long, you should had been in and out. But no one knew what was going on. I pray that my brakes are fixed for sure and nothing else happens to my tesla. I CANNOT imagine going back and getting any service done again for my car. It sucks that people have to act like Karens to get good customer care, but the patient, respectful customers are taken advantage off in the way i was.. If you have ANY issues with your car and you have to take it here, DO NOT WAIT. I purchased my Model Y from this facility on 9/20. Upon bringing it home, we noticed a red fluid leak in the car. The roadside assistance crew was at my home within an hour to tow the car to the Eatonville facility. Upon inspection of the vehicle, the service team could not find the leak. However, they did find that the tires were clicking and that the subframe of the vehicle needed to be replaced. This part was supposed to take a week to come in. The part arrived on Monday, and I got a text confirming it at 4:58pm. I then heard nothing on Tuesday other than my normal person was going on vacation for his wedding. I wished him well. On Wednesday, I got a text from another individual saying that he was filling in and would update me on status when my car was in the queue. I asked to confirm the part had arrived and received no response at all. I followed up Thursday asking for response, and they said the car would go into the shop on Friday. They said they'd follow up by 10am Friday. I received no response at all. I called and texted for status yesterday and left a voicemail, and I received no callback or text response. At this point, I'm incredibly frustrated with the lack of communication and response from their team. Commitments have not been met, and its been 4 days since my part arrived at the shop with almost no comms. It has been almost two weeks since I bought my car, and I haven't had it to drive at all! If I receive additional communications, I'll update accordingly, but right now their service has been terrible, and I don't recommend to anyone. read more

Tesla, both my vehicle and their service center, have positively ruined me for life in comparison to other brands. Their vehicles are perfection, down to the little details. Easter eggs installed via over the air updates keep functionality fresh and exciting. Acceleration is immediate - absolutely no hesitation. And service? Let's just say other places have been horrible. I'm greeted by my name when I arrive. Clearly they look at who is coming at the start of the day. Not a requirement, but a very nice thing to do. They give a clear estimate via your phone of costs the day before you arrive to avoid surprises. The best part by far is that they send you a text message to notify you when your service is complete so you can gather your belongings before your service advisor arrives to take you to your vehicle so you're not stuck doing a mad grab for your stuff. Last but not least, they keep your credit card on file so you're not stuck dealing with the cashier/yet another person. The entire process is seamless and pleasant. If I could ask for anything more, their location could use more space, but I'm sure they would wish for this as well. read more

Recently bought a model 3 and dealership assured me that given I took inventory they would include the 'free' 2 year supercharging incentive. My sales representative (Dave) stated he created a case for the free supercharging, and we will just have to wait...2 months later nothing. I talked to the Store Manager and he stated there was nothing he could do. I love my model 3, but the customer service at this location is just terrible. I will continue to contact corporate in hopes of getting the 2 year supercharging incentive as promised. Please Tesla, improve the customer care / customer service aspect. It will make a significant difference in how your customer base accelerates your growth through referrals. You will also need to tighten this aspect up as Rivian, Audi, VW, Jaguar, Ford and others start to strengthen their EV lineup. Help us love your company as much as we love your cars. Most people giving 5 stars to this service center are the ones who bought the car online then went to pick it up from there. Of course you will like it because they are giving you a new car, no rocket science there. Now try getting your car serviced here and let me know what you think. I got the model 3 from this center in Oct 2018. Was happy and all when I got it. They told me they don't deliver cars to your home so I had to drive long to get there and get the car just to tell you we "could" have dropped the car at your door (they do it to "some" customers apparently, so you figure it out). There was an issue with alignment and I found a paint chip and some minor issues with the car (remember this is a brand new car) but I was too high with Tesla kool aid that I believed they are going to fix them when I schedule an appointment later (the idea of EV car is to avoid service). Also I noticed they activated EAP and summon feature in my car even though I didn't purchase them, but they guy there told me to enjoy them so I was very happy and excited. Took it back later to get it serviced, they fixed most of the issues except the door paint chip. I asked them to touch it, they said they did, again it was a lie. So I decided to live with it and move on. I brought it again after a couple months as more issues occurred, and they were minor enough to fix them on site, so that was fine. A couple of months later, I got a screw in my tire, called the roadside assistance (thinking I will get the cool Tesla service car coming to me to fix the tire and install it onsite as Tesla and Elon keeps retweeting online about their come-to-customer service). That didn't happen of course, but a third party company came took the tire and gave me a rental tire. I was ok with that no issues. Then I got a call after two weeks from the Orlando service center that they replaced the tire as they couldn't patch it and it will cost me more than $300!! I told them could I have replaced it somewhere else (same tire at other shops costs half the price), they said yes but they already replaced it. So I paid $300 in less than 4 months just to replace a stupid tire. I contacted HQ about this, they said they will bring it to their managers and get back to me. Lie again. After 10 months of owning the car, they decided to kill EAP and summon in my car. This is fair as I didn't pay for them, but to get them back I have to pay $9k!!! Seriously??!! Now their Model 3 have EAP by default and AWD at a CHEAPER price than what I paid for the Long Range Rear drive only. You would think early-ish adopters will be listened to but nahhh... No more kool-aid PS: The car is awesome, but I wish I can enable summon feature only (don't care or like EAP) but not for $9k!!! read more

This review relates to the showroom in Orlando, FL. I went to the showroom for a demonstration and test drive, both of which were positive experiences. I decided to order the car at that time. The salesman, Daniel, made the following two representations: 1) That I would get the $7,500 federal tax credit on my 2021 tax return, and 2) that I would get 1,000 free miles if I provided another owner's referral number, which I would have to provide when the car was delivered. Well, I have recently learned that the $7,500 tax credit was fully phased out in 2020 - I don't for a moment believe that he did not know this. This is purely misrepresentation for the purpose of inducing me to purchase the car. Next, the 1,000 free miles program expired in September. My car is being delivered in November. So I'm out 1,000 free miles. In all, his misrepresentations cost me at several thousands of dollars. Recently, Daniel called me. He didn't leave a message - so professional. He then texted me asking that I contact him. I hit redial on the call I received and got the Tesla main switchboard - press this, press that - but no way to reach Daniel. I called the number he texted from and got a strange recorded message that, to my understanding, was some sort of advertisement. Then I remembered that he texted me his contact info when I ordered the car, so I tried that number and it was disconnected. Next I called the dealership number from the Tesla website. Another no go. I'm still very excited to be getting my car in just a few days, but I am angry about the underhanded sales practices and irritated at the terrible communication system. read more

Since I picked up my Tesla in September my screen will turn black for 1-10 minutes and refuse to turn back on. I have no clue how fast I'm going, where I'm going, and my blinkers and other security features for my car won't work. Tesla has told me to just "go with the flow of traffic" which is completely illegal. I need to be able to know how fast I'm going. They also say "the problem will be fixed in the future update." Well it's been 4 months and none of the updates have fixed my vehicle. My car should've been returned to the factory for testing, or be able to be returned for one that doesn't malfunction. They are aware of the issue and told me 20-30 other people are having the same issue. I'm scared for my life every time I enter my vehicle and now I'm stuck with a lemon. Tesla customer service is barely there to non existent. Not even sure what to do anymore. read more

I LOVE my Tesla and thats why I'm telling y'all DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER. A while back I was having an service code pop up on my screen constantly.. I scheduled my appointment and went in. They told me it would be about an hour and no need for a rental car, as I expected. After about 20 minutes they come out to me and say they actually DO need to give me the rental car, but mine should be ready in 3 days. That's fine with me. Noting that the rental was disgusting and had trash in the console.. Then the 3 days go by and my app tells me the service hasn't even been started. I message asking if I can still pick up my car on the scheduled date and they say it's still in service.. then message me the next day that they have finished diagnosing my car (lied about the service already being in progress) and that the part needed would take 3-5 days. 9 days after I dropped it off I come back and pick up my "finished" car, and the error message is still on the screen. I notify them immediately and take it back. I'm trying to keep my cool at this point cause I hate to complain. I leave my car again and take the same disgusting rental. He told me it would be done in a couple days. I drove off the lot and he put the pick up time as 5 days later, so I didn't really appreciate him lying to my face. They message me five days later and tell me my car is STILL being DIAGNOSED. Finally, after 18 days total in the shop, they tell me my car is complete and ready to go. Im so excited, only to find that the service code is still there.. AND whatever they DID do resulted in both of my USB ports to no longer work. I messaged them about these issues and instead of responding, they closed the service chat aka ignored me. I spent weeks communicating with this location because it's the only convenient option for me but I guess i will have to travel to have this error code solved (third times the charm?) and the USB ports that they broke fixed. Save yourself the headache, these people don't know what they're doing and they will lie to you about your vehicle. read more

Purchased a 2020 Model X Tesla Friday, the next day the car went dead because the "low voltage 12V battery" needs to be replaced. Car was towed to the service center in Eatonville, Florida. It is now Thursday and other than the message on the app that says the car is in line to be diagnosed, and that estimated time of it being ready by end of day today. Haven't been able to talk to anybody that can give me a little more detail. Called and spoke to a lady in the local service center where my car is. She was busy having a loud conversation with someone else aside from me. What she was able to do other than to tell me that basically, that's how it is with Tesla and she will send a message to the guy assigned to my car. She said that They are very busy and always have a lot of cars in service. That did not make me feel good at all being a new Tesla owner. So far, terrible experience. Scheduled to pick up my car from this location, received the call the night right before pick-up day, saying that bumper damaged and top scratched by branches of the trees since my car was placed on the first top of the delivery truck. Understood, waited very patiently to reschedule the pick up date. However, received so many calls from this dealer shop from different associates, one saying that bumper has been replaced and I can pick up my car right away, another saying that need to reschedule the date cuz need to order the parts, So confusing. Anyway, it was very frustrated there was no one answered the phone when I called so many times. However, when I called to complain about that, they were willing to deliver the car to me instead since I live two hours away. That makes me feel much better, thank you. read more

First I want to say that I love Tesla and the vehicles. But this dealership or store needs a LOT of work on management and customer service. So here is my story. It's a long one but I encourage you to read it all. We were up for a new vehicle and decided to give Tesla a go. We scheduled a test drive with the dealership. The demo/test drive went well. We learned a lot and decided to buy. The great thing about buying a Tesla is that it's all online and there is really no need for a salesman/lady. I will say that the location of this dealership and the dealership itself says anything but luxury. Granted there is a Land Rover and Ferrari dealership on the same road, the Tesla dealership is less than astatically pleasing. When you drive into the dealership the first thing you see is a graveyard of busted-up Teslas. The parking lot is dirty and there is nowhere to park. Hopefully, you are not handicap because all the handicapped spots are full with either new deliveries or demos. So when you go into the dealership (if you can find a parking spot) you walk into a large room. The room is clean and the staff will great you to see what your appointment is for. Then you will go have a seat in the waiting area. Now I am no business interior decorator but I would surely think using white chairs is a bad idea. White does not stay clean and it was clearly keeping the chairs clean was not a priority. Covid or no Covid, I expected more out of one of the leading tech car companies in the world. On to the buying experience. This was a process, to say the least, and I will not blame it all on Tesla. We ordered our car and had a delivery date of 02/24. My wife and I were super excited and ready to get our new 2021 Model 3. On the evening of 02/23 we got an email from Tesla saying that due to weather your delivery date has been changed to 2/26. This is understandable due to the bad winter storms that had just hit Texas, but come on. You did not know about the delay until less than 24 hours before we picked up the car! We had to reschedule everything like childcare and work last minute, super awesome. After all the changes we made it to our appointment to take delivery. We made contact with a very nice lady who helped us out. She stated that we were all set and we just needed to make our final payment. This is where it gets super fun. My wife informed them that we had done that online. Apparently, the payment did not process so we tried again with one of the computers in the dealership. We got a green check market say that payment was excepted but for some technical error through Tesla, it was not observing the payment. Prior to picking up, we were told that we could make the final payment with a business check by the person with who we did our demo. Well, that person no longer works for Tesla, and as of a few weeks ago and they will not take checks, business, or personal. Our next option was to go get a money order. Well, that's great except that now it is five in the evening and banks are closed. We needed $5500 and the only other option is Publix or Amscot. The employees at Tesla stated they would have to call California and see if they can find out what the issue was with the payment while my wife went on the hunt for a money order. Over an hour went by and I got no updates. My wife was having no luck finding money orders due to the amount needed. Finally, an employee asked me if I had been helped. It took me standing by the employee door to get their attention. I explained what the issue was and told him that we were told by a different employee that you guys took business checks and that was our plan. Well, low and behold they let us use the check. After two and a half hours later we were finally going to take delivery. It appeared that this dealership's employee retention is not very good. This might be why the customer service is so bad. Nobody knows anything and can not figure out how to address the problem. So when there is a problem they go hide in their office. I am just saying that I have been to a few buy here pay here lots and they operate way better than this Tesla dealership. At one point I felt like I knew more about the cars than the sales guy. Needless to say, I hope that this dealership will start doing home deliveries or Tesla come up with a way to do that. We plan to stay with Tesla because we LOVE the car, but I really do not want to deal with this dealership ever again. Knock on wood I never have to use them for service because I am sure that's going to be a nightmare. Also, we never did hear anything back about the error on the accounting issue. Also, also, there was no water, coffee, or snacks like most dealerships. I'm sure this is due to Covid but a salesperson should offer something to someone who is waiting as long as I did. read more

I brought in my car Wednesday, they said it would be ready Thursday morning. I get a message stating that it would it be ready Friday Morning Thursday afternoon. No problem. Only one day delay. On Friday I get a message stating that my car wouldn't be ready till Monday! I needed the car for travel that weekend. I had already spent a lot of money on Ubers. I try calling Friday and no one will pick up. I call again Saturday. Finally I get a hold of my opinion the only competent person working there. I just ask for my car back. They didn't finish all of the work I had asked for. The car came back to me without a wash and trash they had left in the car. They also forgot to give me part of my charger back. I never experienced this low of a service quality in my life. They need to really think about what is going on at their dealership. I had better service with my used Honda civic. read more

A shame I can't give zero stars. I have owned over 20 cars in my life. Fiats and Volkswagen up to Porsche and Maserati. The service is the worst of all of them by FAR. Will never answer the phone. My issue is simply a flat tire!!! The tow truck swapped out my flat with a loaner wheel. I had to sign a form saying I would be charged for the wheel if I didn't swap it back in 3 days. For three days I have tried to contact service. Impossible. The phone message just tells you to schedule your appointment on the ap. Well that is 6 weeks from now!!! Tried to sneak in a call via sales. Got a voicemail finally but no reply. I am now waiting in my car as a walk in. And waiting. Not what I expected for a $120k car. I love the car but the frustration with the service will preclude me from ever buying a Tesla again. Good luck if you are shopping and don't pay attention to this warning. read more

Absolutely the worst car buying experience. The first car they tried to match us with had paint damage that they wouldn't ("couldn't") fix. A week later, they tried to give me the same car (same VIN). When I declined it for previously stated reason, they put me on "hold" without telling me, basically removing me from the virtual line. When I found that out (a MONTH later), I immediately called to get put back in line, and was matched to another car, but it had a two week lead time due to it having just left Freemont. So, I set up the appointment, get the remainder of my financing in order, and find out the DAY OF that the car did not pass inspection and they cancelled my appointment. No warning, no notice. Both my husband and I took a day off of work for this, because it's an hour drive to this place. We then spent the rest of the day trying to get ANYONE with authority to give us a call and explain 1) what they were going to do about it, and 2) friggen apologize! Not to mention that they've been sitting on a rather large chunk of my money (down payment) for the better part of 6 weeks, now, and there is no end in sight to this madness. I'm at the end of my patience with this place, and ready to call it quits on the car. read more

Update: after many months the car is back. Originally told us because of the fender bender the software was not updating due to the front sensor malfunction. Body repair done and then the car still was not updating. Another month of them lallygagging and being rude in texts and not very empathetic that the car was taking months to figure out, they finally discover it was the back sensors causing the issue which could have been repaired months ago and let the car shift to gear to drive. Yes we would have taken the bumper to be fixed but they made us pay towing to a body shop and refused to even try to replace the front sensor because they were afraid the headlamp would not stay in place. We still could have found the issue back then and even if the headlamp didn't stay, I think driving to the body shop 2 miles down the road without a headlamp would have not been a problem. The only good news is that they replaced the faulty sensor device under warranty which should have been done months ago. I can't tell you how absolutely disgusted I am with the service and the rude texts they send basically telling us to stop talking to them. How would you feel paying for a car for 5 months and it sitting in your shop because you couldn't diagnose the issues? Rude horrible service and glad there is a new center in Clermont. read more

Getting ahold of Orland Tesla is harder than getting a response from my emotionally unavailable ex....Have fun trying to get ahold of a human for service at this location... Even if you know the exact sequence of numbers to push to bypass the automated menus, you just end up leaving voicemails that no one returns.
