When I first got the car, there was a pungent odor coming from the interior. I didn't notice this until I got home after taking delivery. I had to do my own investigation to find out that there is throw up left behind from the previous owner in the 3rd row seating. When I came on Friday to get my car detailed, like it should've been, the detailing crew was sent home for the day. I was told by Eddie to come on Monday and he will get it taken care of. He also stated that he will send me an email or a text to confirm what time to drop the car off. He never reached out to me. So I'm in the dark I don't know when to drop the car off. On Monday, I get there and Eddie stated that he was not able to get the detailed because I didn't bring my key card and he needed that. So he told me to come Tuesday morning. I get there Tuesday morning and Eddie informed me that the water was off and the detail crew was unable to do any detailing. Eddie didn't mention that to me. He told me to come in again on Wednesday and it will all be taken care of. Today which is now Thursday. I FINALLY get to drop my car off for the detailing that should've been done before the car was sold to me. The lady said don't worry I have the pictures and videos I'll make sure the detailing team takes a look at these areas and get this cleaned up. They gave me a loaner car for the day since I had work. I have Eddie calling me NONSTOP asking me "where is the loaner car" that I needed to return it. "Your car is ready" and he seemed to be upset that I still had the car when I told him and the lady that I would be back later on in the day because I work. I get back at 5pm and of course NOTHING was done to the car. Maybe a wipe down of the exterior. The areas that l needed attention to wasn't even just a bit considered. Which I pointed out to everyone that I talked to! At this point, I am done with the unprofessionalism from Upland Tesla. So I thought I bought a beautiful black model Y with clean white interior. Yes, a used car. I understand that. What I never agreed to in what I bought was an abused interior, old vomit, old food in between the seats, brown dirt on the seats, sticky candy, and trash. Tesla Upland has no regards to making sure their customers receive a clean thoroughly washed interior and exterior car. I am so disappointed in the customer service I've received from Tesla all together. No one should pay the money I did CASH! for an abused car with a horrible smell of vomit. No customer should have to find vomit between seats and clean it themselves because their Tesla location has yet to offer an actual detail, which should've been done before delivery. To put icing on the cake. I was told by a different service manager that they would send me to a professional detailing company near by to get it taken care of. I have YET to get any information or email confirming this. I asked a service advisor to take a look under my account to see if there were any such notes stating. Of course NOTHING. They also promised to give me a gift card/ supercharging miles on them but nothing had hit my email yet. This is now the 6th day of me dealing with this. For anyone that's picking up a Used or even a New car here at Tesla Upland. CHECK EVERYTHING. Obviously the detailing crew don't even know about a hidden 3rd row seat. read more
