    I came here with my mom to help her pick up her newly purchased vehicle as she's a bit tech challenged. This was a much better location for such as task compared to the Buena Park location. All of the employees we came across here were friendly and ready to help out. We definitely did not feel like we were being ignored. We did all of the scheduling and "paperwork" on the Tesla mobile app prior to our arrival. All we had to do was show up at our scheduled time and look for our vehicle in the parking spot that was texted to us. There was an employee available if we needed any assistance. We were able to take care of everything on our own using the mobile app. Even returning the leased vehicle was done rather quickly. It was a rather painless in and out transaction.

    Alberto Hernandez was very disrespectful. We went there to purchase a Tesla and he was very rude to my wife and I. We inquired about both used and new Teslas and he basically said he was too good to sell used Teslas. Went to the Tesla dealership in LA County and purchased a car right away. Much better service over there.

    I would just like to say they require us to leave loaner cars back at 80% battery life BUT for our own cars they don't do the same courtesy???? Mind you, to keep optimum health of overall battery life should go to minimum of 20% but they left us with 13%. Very unprofessional.

    Brought my car in for service at this location and couldn't get in a courtesy loaner vehicle for my pre-scheduled appointment on the app. Turns out that if the service might be completed in under a certain number of hours, a loaner vehicle may not be assigned. I was disappointed as I wanted to drive off. However, while waiting for my car to be serviced and strolling around to browse the new vehicle section, the sales rep informs me that I can always schedule for a test drive of a vehicle on the spot and run whatever errands I had. Genius! Turns out my service was done in under an hour and I didn't need to drive away, but it's great to know for next time. Had some complimentary coffee, snacks, and WiFi while waiting. Pleasant experience.

    Had to come here to pick up my car... upon walking in, there was no one around to get help at the Vehicle Pick Up counter. Waited there for about fifteen minutes and still no one. I asked someone for help if he could page someone. After another ten minutes, someone finally came in with my documents to sign. As I was waiting for the technicians to get my car pulled out, I felt they were more helpful. This location should be more precise in customer service. I had previously been to other Tesla locations and they were better than this one.

    Came here to pick up my new car since it was assigned to this location. There was plenty of parking and they had someone welcoming everyone coming in and asking to scan the QR to checkin. We were asked to go to the waiting area where they had plenty of chairs, complimentary coffee and water. We were called and asked to go check the car. We did see some minor imperfections that they advised we could reject delivery and wait for another one to become available or have them corrected after the fact. We opted for corrections and made an appointment for a closer location. Overall we were here about 1 hr total.

    Nothing beats the Tesla buying experience.

    EXCELLENT Never…read moreexpected it... Friendly, courteous, and very professional. I made a phone call in the morning and spoke to the general manager, Adrian. He took his time to prescreen, finding out what I wanted, not what was convenient for him. I gave him specifics, and he said his sales rep would call. Adrian Jr. called, and we finalized everything over the phone. He listened to everything I had to say. They worked their magic; after hearing my questions, he answered them all without negativity or saying "can't," which is huge when making a big purchase. Upon arriving at the dealership, Adrian Jr. immediately greeted me and showed me my new truck, which was ready to go. Adrian, the general manager, came out to thank me and greet me as well. I received a positive vibe and a smile the entire time. Once we sat down, I was expecting a change before putting pen to paper. BUT NOT WITH THEM!! Everything was as we had agreed upon! They never attempted an upsell. Yuri, in finance, was absolutely awesome. She knew every detail and verified the numbers. She made sure everything matched and corrected any mismatches without hesitation. She never forced upgrades or upcharges. She informed us of options, explained the pros and cons, and our decisions were made without pressure. The experience was the best, from phone etiquette to customer service - top-notch! We were blessed to get our new truck from Mountain View, and we will recommend Adrian Jr. and Yuri to anyone looking for a vehicle. We've definitely made a customer for life; my son is already purchasing his first vehicle from Mountain View. Thank you, Adrian, Adrian Jr., and Yuri; you made us feel important.

Los vendedores son poco profesionales, mal informados y usan tácticas para confundir y distraer al cliente. Tengan muchísimo cuidado al firmar el contrato, ya que lo que prometen verbalmente no coincide con lo que aparece en los números finales.     The salesman was quite nice but it's "dealer policy" to add $1600 worth of "mandatory" paint and…read moreinterior protection to the advertised price of used cars (a practice the FTC has recently warned is illegal). I was there to see a high mileage car, this was well over 10% of the value of the vehicle, so the advertised price was meaningless. They offered to remove some of it (but still weren't willing to sell the car for the advertised price), also weren't willing to allow for a pre-purchase inspection. I wasn't enamored enough with the car to make those concessions. Edit to add: I was specifically told that the added items were mandatory and they would not take the entire price off. The "dealing" started at $1600 over the advertised price (on a $13000 car) and they brought it down to about $500 over the advertised price, while telling me that I was actually getting a deal because the addon package price was going up to over $2000. This car had 107K miles on it, I was not looking to buy a paint protection package. I was told they price the vehicles low to "be at the top of the search" and then add the added items to bring the price up to what they are willing to sell the car for. This is explicit false advertising. This wasn't a miscommunication, the deal sheet was quite clear and I was told they would not go any lower. If they were willing to sell the car for the advertised price I would have written a check on the spot. They also declined to allow me to leave a deposit so I could have a mobile mechanic come for a PPI, and while they offered to sell me a 3 day option to return for $250 they also said if I did need to return it there would be a restocking fee of "at least $500." I kind of laughed at the idea that if a mechanic found a major issue their inspection missed they'd charge us more money.
