By far my favorite food in the area and it's not close. Been going here for years now, very overdue on a review. Full disclosure: I have not tried everything on the menu. I don't feel the need to mix it up - the chicken pad kee mao is perfect. Generous portion size, just the right spice, super consistent quality. And the people working the truck are so nice! Decided to leave a review today of all days because I think the dish that Chef Ni cooked up this time was maybe the best I can remember at this spot.
