This is my new go-to nail salon! Upon arriving at the store, I was really blown away by the cleanliness and calmness of the environment. Unlike other salons, there was no harsh chemical smells and the music they played created a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. The owner was super friendly, immediately welcoming me at the register and sparking up conversation to get to know me. I came in with a reference picture of fall-themed nails for Thanksgiving and my technician Nicole NAILED IT! She was really receptive about what I wanted and made sure that I was happy with both the color scheme and design. At other locations in the past, I've had bad experiences with technicians being too rough drilling or filing my nails, but my service here was incredible! The way that they did everything with such attentive care really showed that they value their customers and quality over quickly finishing service. Although there may be concerns about their prices, their polishes are vegan, non-toxic, and high quality. I got my nails done over a month ago and asides from them growing out, they're still in pristine condition! My polish usually lifts or chips in one to two weeks after I get them done, but the set I got is going strong! The price is absolutely worth it for the unbeatable experience they provide and the durability of your nails. I love my nails and I will be coming back in the future!
