Customer service in any customer-facing job is of paramount importance. I would have to say it's severely lacking here. Not sure if it was an employee or the owner that was working, but the absence of warmth when facing a potential customer or a customer left feeling like the business can go without our patronage was startling.
It's too bad that the alteration shop we usually go to has closed, or else we never would've come here. We'll go somewhere else next time. read more
