Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest rating you can give on this site. I should have know from the beginning not to go with this company for my fertilizer needs. They had scheduled my initial consultation Feb 20, 2019 7AM and the guy never showed up he ended up coming out in mid March.. I signed up for the fertilizer package with Tick/Flea program because we have 2 dogs. They didn't put the 1st application down until beg of May. I take a lot of pride in my property and the lawn is very important to me. With that being said they missed the boat big time. I had weeds in June, July, Aug & Sept. My lawn was at the stage were the grass was overcome by weeds and it was literally brown from the grass dying off. The only green was the weeds. I have an in-ground sprinkler system so they could not say that watering was the problem. I had made numerous calls to express my concern pertaining to the weed infestation. With each application they were killing off my good grass. No soil samples were ever done to this point. They scheduled a tech to come out mid July and I had taken time off from work so I could be there when they came. I waited the whole day and finally was able to make contact with the tech, who called me at 5:15PM stating he was unable to get to my address because the office over scheduled him. No one contacted me to inform me of this before I wasted a whole day sitting at home. I was told by the tech I would have to reschedule. Two weeks later they showed up without informing me of them coming and looked at the grass. They said it was nut sledge?? Airborne from my neighbors grass. they treated it and guaranteed it would be gone. The only thing that was gone was my grass. I had spoken to Patrick the owner on Aug 26th with regard to my lawn and concerns, he claims a sample was taken but he had no clue where the sample was or the results. All they kept telling me was give it a couple weeks and the fertilizer would kill off the weeds. Everyone has green grass in the spring/fall. He offered me a FREE aeration/seeding and I had told him that I would have to get back to him with regard to this because i had to mark out the water lines for the sprinkler system. 3 wks later, without my permission, they should up and did the aeration, without my permission, and punctured the line, numerous times, to my sprinkler system. I contacted the company and they were going to have the tech come back and he was to contact me prior. He never contacted me prior to the visit to repair the line and just showed up to do the work. If killing my grass wasn't bad enough. They had only put down "1" application of the Tic/Flea prevention and this was done on the very 1st application beg of May. So My property went the whole summer without protection. I have 2 dogs who we let out in our fenced in yard. For the 1st time in 7yrs I found myself, just within the past week of this post, removing ticks from both. This past Saturday I had to take one of my dogs to the Vet because he was experiencing symptoms of Lyme disease. The vet visit was in excess of $400. The only saving grace for this company was Lisa the office mgr, She was very compassionate. Although she tried to maintain me as a customer there were way too many negatives for me to stay with this company or even let them touch my lawn going forward. In the end they had the nerve to send me bill for $187 for the applications of fertilizer that killed my lawn. Not only have I endured embarrassment from my grass being the worst in the neighborhood, as you can see in the pictures I maintain a beautiful garden, and now I am left to deal with medical issues from the possible Lyme disease with my pet because they did not apply the Tick/Flea protection as contracted.
