Working with Bo Goodson has been the biggest mistake of our move. He will go to great lengths to lie. We moved into a property we were leasing from him, and the place was filthy, the previous tenants left a bunch of personal belongings and trash that weren't cleaned up prior to our move. We have a 14 month old son and there were several safety concerns we had, including hardware randomly falling off of walls, exposed electrical above the shower, in the laundry room, and in the garage. We have a leaking refrigerator, a dishwasher that doesn't work, ants in our bathroom, and the list goes on. When we tried to get help with the property, we were ignored and if we got an answer, Bo Goodson was condescending and rude. And finally, he sent this verbatim text message to my husband after weeks of not getting the issues fixed: "I would call you what you are but I won't Does our air force deserve someone like you? I think not Go back home pleas" This is how he treats military families. Please do not rent from this company. They are crooks.
