Let's add yet another inappropriate experience to the list for this 2 star outfit.
1. I was ignored for not speaking Spanish, not once but twice. Then when someone did attempt to speak English to me, they quickly answered someone in Spanish who rudely interrupted our transaction and then they left with them. Really?
2. Purchased a Ryobi 40V leaf vacuum, got it home and someone had obviously used it, broke the axel, returned it, the store repackaged it with the broken axel in the parts bag (how thoughtful) and resold it as new to me.
If zero stars could be given, it was certainly earned.
Looks like Lake Nona from now on.
