    Just wanted too come on here and write a token of appreciation for Andy in customer service who went above and beyond with helping me find the right type of solar lights for my garden. He was incredibly kind, patient and provided an array of different options I could use for my garden. I was able too find the perfect set of lights with ease as my selection is pretty grand. As easy as it may sound finding the perfect set of lights , you're looking for ones that actual will take in the rays, not peel from the sun and one that holds its value. It almost felt as if I was in Publix because shopping here was truly a pleasure, Andy is a valuable employee and I hope this message reaches him. Thanks Andy !!

    Let's add yet another inappropriate experience to the list for this 2 star outfit. 1. I was ignored for not speaking Spanish, not once but twice. Then when someone did attempt to speak English to me, they quickly answered someone in Spanish who rudely interrupted our transaction and then they left with them. Really? 2. Purchased a Ryobi 40V leaf vacuum, got it home and someone had obviously used it, broke the axel, returned it, the store repackaged it with the broken axel in the parts bag (how thoughtful) and resold it as new to me. If zero stars could be given, it was certainly earned. Looks like Lake Nona from now on. Gosh I hope corporate reads this and Includes me on the class action lawsuit that is bound to be placed on this store. I think people should be treated Much better and not in a racist fashion. Feels terrible. Yelp asks that we comment on value: simply reread and judge for yourself.

    This is my second home. I must be here at least 2-3 times a week. If it's not gardening supplies, its irrigation, insecticides, and general home maintenance items. Oh, the joy's of home ownership. I think I'm going to ask for Home Depot gift cards for Christmas, or maybe just get a job here. A girl can learn a lot spending so much time here. I will definitely be back...again, and again and again.

    We had a poor experience here. We had an appliance emergency. We needed a new refrigerator & our…read moreoven had failed. We noted that Appliance Direct offers same day delivery if you buy before 2pm. We went in and purchased a new refrigerator, a range, & a new microwave (to match). We purchased before 2pm on Saturday. Same day delivery was not available. So, don't count on that. It only happens when several variables line up. We paid $80 for delivery and it was planned for the following Thursday. We were told that we'd receive a call the morning of delivery with our time slot. We did not. Instead we got a call the night before and we're told WE needed to call THEM the following day at 8:45 am. We called Thursday at 8:45 and we're told that the delivery would NOT take place. First, it was because the items were not in stock. That was false. We had already verified all items were in stock. Next we were told that the items WERE in stock, but because the delivery truck did not have enough orders to justify a run to our area, our order would not be delivered. This floored us. At this point we contacted Appliance direct via the email portal on their website, and via their "how can we help you" chat portal. These messages were ignored. To date, no one from appliance direct has ever contacted us about our experience. The following day, Friday, our order was delivered. The delivery personnel were from a 3rd party company. They were courteous, efficient, and all the items were delivered & installed as agreed within 20-30 minutes. We tipped them well and thanked them for their work. This part of the experience was positive. However, I cannot tolerate a business relationship that begins with a lie, has another lie added, and then is further damaged by a complete lack of care for the customer experience. We will not return to this business.

    Sadly you are forced to give a 1 star rating to post a review…read more My experience with this "company" was a disaster and total disappointment from day 1. They should invest as much money in their staff and training as they do on misleading commercials. Purchased a set of Samsung washer and dryer for $1200. Same day delivery, came in installed, "forgot" to instal hose for proper draining which led to my house being FLOODED during the first wash. "Company" sent installers back to do the job correctly and he admitted that he "forgot" that part of the installation process. Finally use the dryer, which makes a horrific scraping sound during the process. Find ourselves back at the warehouse for a "replacement", the sales rep was kind enough to admit that he "normally spins the machines to check for sounds of any scraping but didn't that day bc he had to run to a dental appointment. Promises replacement delivery for the following day. The following day comes and we're told that approval is needed for shipment and it won't be delivered for another 2-3 days. Finally we're told that instead, they will send a repair "specialist" to see if the dryer can be repaired otherwise it will THEN be replaced. Installer failed at installation. Salesperson failed at testing the unit and hearing for "scrapes". What will the repair team fail at? In the end we request a full refund and will never buy or recommend this retailer to anyone. I will actually do all I can to use word of mouth to caution others and save them the grief!
