We wanted to update our fire place because it was old and ugly. We went to Home Depot, Lowes and Amazon and the styles weren't what I was looking for, as well as size and measurement wise. I called two other companies to give me a quote and Ralph was the most affordable and nicest guys. I showed him a picture from Pinterest told him the size I was looking for and he hand built it. It's exactly like the picture I gave him. Ralph is a sweet, knowledge, genuine guy who's old school and builds things from his bare hands. My only issue is the fact that he doesn't paint the mantels, so I had to paint it myself white, and he doesn't do anything with the new brick/rock/title around the fire place (state requires 12 inches top and 8 inches on the sides of some type of rock/tile) nor does he know any one to refer you too. So I had to find someone to come do that. He did have someone to refer me too for the new fire place screen. That guy changed my screen and also added the glass on my fire place which I ordered from Lowes (the glass) other then that Ralph is good and what he does a really sweet man, excellent customer service and I am happy with the final product.
