After being here for over 4 years with limited parking and no drama, for the last six months a new maintenance guy was hired and we have been experiencing racism. He tag our vehicles that are parked on the street when there are no available parking spots. There are always other vehicles parked on that street too and never get their vehicles tag. Their friends, family and even the neighbors in their unit parks there all the time and has never been tagged. Why would you build a nice apartment complex with minimal parking. Parking is horrible here, you have people parked in their driveways that are blocking the side walk yet the vehicles are not tagged. Let's not talk about the property manager Cathy, she try to have an answer for every single situation and be wrong as hell! By law, you are NOT supposed to block the sidewalks. If you move here, don't have more than 2 vehicle, a family gathering, invite friends over or a nursing staff come to your home. They won't have a place to park and if you're colored, please be prepared to fight for your rights!!!! I will never bow down to anyone mistreating my children or myself. I was threatened to have my lease terminated by Cathy because I spoke my mind to the racist maintenance guy. Yet we're told by another maintenance worker that if isn't any available parking it was okay to park on the street. I am not a person who gripes about things and have always been a good person. But this issue has not been resolved and will continue to be an issue here. With the money that is being charged we shouldn’t have this issue. Cathy is a horrible property manager!!!! read more
