Just had an unreal Dominican feast at The Rock Restaurant in Ozone Park (91-17 Liberty Ave) This casual spot is serving up some serious flavor with a mix of American and Spanish eats--from steam-table classics to a la carte favorites. I went all in with a plate stacked with Moro de Habichuelas, Bistec Encebollado, Chicharrones, and Maduros -- every bite was better than the last. Rich flavors, tender steak, crispy chicharrones, and those sweet plantains hit perfectly. And let's talk dessert... their Tres Leches is baked in-house and was absolutely next level -- moist, creamy, and just the right sweetness.
