Awesome island style food spot with a cool patio right on PCH. I came here for takeout and was super impressed. To start, all of the staff was super friendly and attentive. They were all wearing masks and gloves and it was obvious that they took pride in making sure everything was safe. I appreciated it because we have a newborn and grandparents at home and wanted to make sure they stay healthy. The food was great. The loco moco was awesome with the fried rice and the homemade gravy was legit. We also had the katsu sandwich, pork sando, salad, and lumpia. It was a huge hit for the whole family. My wife and 2 year old loved the katsu and my favorite was the pork. Banana lumpia is a must try also. Service was fast and you get a lot food for the price. By the time I finished my beer at the bar I was on my way. Even after sitting in the car for 20 minutes after picking up the order the food was amazing. I'll be back for sure to try it fresh.
