I have been a regular at Ultimate Bagel for years and I continue to come back for the best attempt at a NYC bagel you will find in Spokane. I typically have an "eggcellent" with sausage on jalapeño or salt & pepper, or an Asiago bagel with sun dried tomato cream cheese. Knowing where their strengths/weaknesses lie, they welcome you to bring in your Starbucks coffee from next door to enjoy. This place is everything you would want from a local business: friendly staff who greet you by name at the door, a unique product within the Spokane market, and it is truly part of the Gonzaga community it neighbors.
