I wait in line every week over 25 minutes just for a fax. They should hire more people for this location. Even before the pandemic theres always been one lady. She's does the best that she can but during the pandemic I can see her frustration with customers and just being all over the place. I've also seen about 2 freak outs in the store. She can't focus on one person when the line is out the door. Let's get her some trained help. read more
