Third Ave Cafe is a great place to go for a quick grab and go breakfast or a nice sit down and enjoy a lunch at a table. They have daily specials on the blackboard with their classic lunch box for chicken and a side of veggies or a classic cheeseburger. The couple that run this place are nice and they are very nice to their customers. I liked hearing the gentleman greet every customer who entered with a "Hello or Good Morning" and a little light conversation if he recognized the person. On the counter there is condiments to pack up your order to go with napkins and plastic ware too. The food was hot and very fresh. Portion size was also very good. It does take a few minutes to prepare your order as the food is cooked to order. I liked the ambiance of artwork on the walls which is for sale, and the background radio music was good too. read more
