Stopped by after my workout class and noticed a huge line outside. Intrigued, I discovered this Japanese inspired casual fast restaurant. The inside felt like a European club with the loud music and lighting. There was seating but with the flock of people you'd be lucky to snatch one up. After much deliberation I settled on the miso salmon bowl with a wasabi Mayo drizzle and it was fast and delicious. I would've liked the salmon to be a little bigger since the protein to carb/veggie ratio was off but I get it. Overall the bowl was quite tasty with the salmon being perfectly cooked and I would come back to try the other signature options and even make my own. read more
