I have never done this, but I am going to post two reviews for this company. The first review that I am posting now is going to be based off of response time, attentiveness, and effectiveness. When I say the bar has been set high... I've never had to deal with Remediation companies, but I have only heard the worst and how they can cost you an approval through your insurance for being able to use your benefit. This company since the moment I called my plumber at 10:40 PM on a Wednesday and let them know that I had a Water emergency, has responded within minutes of EVERY point of contact. I contacted my plumber told him I had an issue at 10:40 PM, my plumber said not to panic. He had a great Remediation team and he recommended tidal wave and Mr. John. Mr. Jon was texting me all of the information as well as a link to the company and their reviews on Google Before I ever talked to him on the phone and told me he would be at the address between 8am and 10am the very next morning And not to worry about anything. This contact was based off of my plumber texting him, my information, not me reaching out. He took the initiative to reach out first. Ever since that first conversation, there has not been one time where a text has gone unanswered in a matter of minutes or a ball has been dropped, or I have felt strung along or ignored. I have been helped from the very first step up into this point and with a company that was so confident in what the next steps were, it made me feel comfortable in a situation that I've never had to deal with. And they are so coordinated across their team. Everyone is amazing. Mr. Mike , Mr. John, Mr. Collin... All of them, and I am nothing but grateful. They have handled everything up until this point with such a level of professionalism. I wouldn't even look anywhere else if I ever need the service again. Now my next review will be off of the work that is done and I will show photos of the before and after. I had a freezer line Pop on my refrigerator and it flooded the upstairs and downstairs calling for renovation. The best case scenario is finding people like this. I will be back, this occurrence is covered under my insurance and my agent is talking directly with Mr. Jon, which really makes me feel like I'm in great hands even more so. But I will report back once everything is said and done. So far, I have no worries read more
