I arrived at this laundromat at 8:51PM on a Sunday. I grabbed a laundry cart from inside to get my clothes from my car, but an older female employee stopped me and said, "You can't get that, because my shift is over at 10 PM." I pointed out that the sign says "LAST WASH AT 9 PM," and it wasn't even 9 yet--it was 8:51 PM. She replied, "I don't care," then took the cart from me and walked back inside.
