I found this laundromat by chance driving down Whittier Blvd. It's my second time here and I'm impressed with how clean and organized it is. I had an issue with one of the washers and I called the owner Jose (his personal number is posted on the wall for emergencies) and he arrived in less than 10 min and resolved the issue. 100% recommend if you're looking for a clean, safe, local laundromat. I've been coming to this laundromat for the past few years and until recently I've had mostly positive experiences. Unfortunately, the dryers lately barely heat, forcing customers to run multiple cycles just to dry their clothes and waste more money and time. When I brought the issue up to the owner, a couple of other customers overheard and agreed the dryers haven't been working properly. Instead of addressing the problem or offering a solution, the owner chose to ban me for complaining. Really disappointing to see a business lose loyal customers over poor maintenance and even worse customer service. read more

I've been coming to this laundromat for the third time now, and I'm definitely staying with this place. After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a chance, and I'm glad I did. This laundromat is one of the cleanest I've been to. The dryers work very well, and unlike other laundromats that only give you 5 minutes, these dryers give you 10 minutes per cycle. I arrived at this laundromat at 8:51PM on a Sunday. I grabbed a laundry cart from inside to get my clothes from my car, but an older female employee stopped me and said, "You can't get that, because my shift is over at 10 PM." I pointed out that the sign says "LAST WASH AT 9 PM," and it wasn't even 9 yet--it was 8:51 PM. She replied, "I don't care," then took the cart from me and walked back inside. We use this laundromat on a weekly basis and have been impressed with the service and cleanliness of this place as well as the price to wash and dry. Their is a nice variety of different sized machines and I haven't had any trouble doing my laundry here. Be advised, this is coin operated only but there is a machine to exchange your bills. read more

Very comfortable place for a single female to come and safely do laundry. It's very clean and on a Tuesday afternoon, very empty and peaceful. Only complaint is that it's hot inside. There are only slow working ceiling fans but I will still be returning. : ) read more

I have to say that this laundry mat has been one of the cleanest and money saving ones that I've ever been to. I drive 5 miles to wash here. I love the fact that the dryer gives you 15 minutes of dry time. The big machines are only $3.50. Staff is friendly and helpful. read more

Clean, affordable, safe. Their employee is very helpful, and he works hard at keeping the place clean. The only con is that's it's so affordable that there's this outside business that uses the washers and dryers to wash their sheets. I'm not sure what business it is, maybe a massage place or a motel/hotel. They have bags and bags of sheets they wash though. They use up mostly all of the large machines on the days I went, which was Friday, since I washed my clothes at the end of my work week. And I think I went on a Thursday and they were there too. It's annoying because regular people in the community can't use the affordable large machines. And they take up all the dryers. One time, I was washing my hands and I had my laundry basket in front of a dryer ready to use it, and they were going to move my basket and take the dryer until I turned around to tell them that I was using it. That's what made me look for another place to wash. read more

Spent 1.50 on a broken dryer and waited over an hour for someone that works here to show up and ended up just giving up and paying again for my clothes to dry. I called al the numbers and no one answers. What kind of a business are you running? And why are your so called employees disappearing on the clock? This place is very convenient and very clean. It has TVs so you can entertain yourself while you wait for your load to finish. It has quite a few washers and dryers to do the job and finish fast. A suggestion would be to come in early and wait less, than if you wait 'till later you will have to wait more time because it's full. There's a few washers that are out of service but since this place gets maintenance often that's not a big problem. This place also offers a snack machine and a soda machine just in case you get the munchies. read more
