I went in for a lower control arm replacement, after not getting the part they called me to tell me my hub is shot. A $435 fix when your already removing the spindle to get to the control arm, it is just 4 bolts. After I pick the truck up i notice the balljoint is sitting only half way into the spindle, so i return back. I told them that wasn't the bolt that came in there wasn't the right one, to be told, "we do not have bolts" then to be told by the man working on my truck that he replaced my strut bolt because it was stripped. So y'all do not carry bolts? Not to mention my steering wheel is now off to the left after almost being perfectly straight. Absolutely the worst shop i have been to, terrible customer service. Did not even fix the problem just told me the ball joint was shorter and thats how it is supposed to be. How do you get a specific part and have it be a different length does not make sense. I was not trying to argue with the man because clearly he is not going to admit the issue. I do fear that it will break but he insisted thats how it is supposed to be. Very disappointing with spending $867 and not being taken seriously. read more
