How do you rate a speedway? Are the bleachers the cleanest I've ever seen? No. Did the dude at the ticket booth ask if I qualified for the over 65 discount? Sadly...yes. Did I'd get red dust in my eyes? Yes. Did I have a blast? Most certainly! This is a piece of Americana! Drivers living out their dreams on the dirt oval. Would I change anything? Better parking would be nice but otherwise no. From the prayer to the pledge of allegiance to the national anthem I felt a part of what made and makes this country so very unique!
