Great concept, needs better management.
With topgolf you can compete against other players like you would at bowling, but it's the golf version. Great concept of diversifying a driving range, being able to get a few points if you don't know how to play or to get an accurate representation of where your balls go if you do play golf.
The main issues with this centre, there was not clear instructions on where you had to go to book a lane, staff taking the money seemed inexperienced and had not idea what was going on, had to explain everything in basic terms and do the maths for them. Management of staff and centre is the biggest issue.
We did end up waiting over an hour and a half for our bay, however they had a very useful website that tells you where you are in the que, so you can assess whether it's worth your time to stay or not. This is very business savvy, as it means you don't have to go back and ask the staff time and time again.
