So... I brought in my Uppababy Vista for the "The Full Monty" cleaning package on Friday 8/31, which is their top of the line $99 cleaning package. The man who checked my stroller was very polite and helpful. I also met the young man who was about to clean the stroller. He was also a nice gentleman. Unfortunately, their stroller cleaning was NOT as top notch as their customer service. Below are the pictures of what i found after their "top of the line" service this afternoon. Their were tons of misses. I called back to tell them about the service and they apologized and want me to take the stroller back to them on Sunday, so that they may right their wrong. I will gladly update this review as soon as they give it their second chance this Sunday. ***UPDATE*** I brought my stroller in for a re-cleaning by Haley. She was amazing. She was very detailed and did a great job. I would definitely bring my stroller and car seat needs to her again. read more
