You have to try the black cod, it is so decadent and buttery. The jimmy special roll with tempura tuna inari was warm and delicious. The most beautiful dish was the chutoro with ikura, uni, and unagi sauce... stunning!
I'm pretty sure we tried everything on the menu lol Some of our other favorites were the red snapper with ponzu and mirin, seared rainbow trout with yuzu, unagi with jalapeno ginger, saba with mayo brulee, and the blueberry muffin tempura ice cream for dessert.
