My wife has always wanted enhanced Christmas lights and something more permanent. After years of not living up to the high expectations, I noticed my neighbor had just gotten beautiful and permanent lights installed. I found an opportunity to retrieve the information and see the lights in action. I was instantly hooked. I sent a text message to inquire, not expecting to hear back until later or the next day. To my surprise I received an immediate response. Chris was very informative, and his customer service was top notch. He used the latest and greatest technology and mapping software to begin our quote. Within a couple of hours, Chris showed up to our home to finish our quote, match swatch colors to the house, and he walked us through the process of what would be done. We were sold! We quickly set up for the payment and install. While walking the house with Chris, we noticed our paint color was faded, so we also ended up getting our house trim & fascia painted before Chris installed our lighting. Additionally, we were also able to do a much needed reorganization of the garage since there was going to be a small box installed on the wall to power the lights. Chris showed up promptly on the day of install and set up quickly. We immediately observed his strong work ethic and punctuality. He went to work with no assistance and needed nothing but power for his table saw. By mid morning he was already completed with one side of the house and his wife Nami also showed up to assist him. Nami is also a very hard worker and very pleasant. Chris worked efficiently and diligently all day. We had to leave for evening sports, and when we returned home, the lights were completed, and Chris had them on for us to enjoy. Since then, our kids have really enjoyed creating fun light designs. You cannot see the track of lights during the day which is also a huge plus. The Trimlight app is very user friendly but Chris also returned to our home the following day to thoroughly go over all the details of the lighting and to review the Trimlight app with us. Chris and Nami make a great team, have great customer service, and truly value their customers. They pay close attention to detail and really provide a quality product, and quality work.
