I ordered R2994 - Springcrest Creme Bell Curve Cut Corner Lamp Shade 11x18x15 (Spider). I received the shipment within a few days. The shades were covered with a lot plastic for protection. In addition, the shades were very easy to install. Lamps Plus offers easy information on how to measure for the correct shade size on YouTube.

Simple need: I have six recessed lightbulbs from a 9-year old kitchen remodel, and four of them were not working. Googled 'Lightbulbs' and Siri guided me to this place from my home in La Verne. Kind of confusing to find the entrance to 'Lightbulbs', but found a door and realized it's all one giant place. I questioned a very pleasant guy on a ladder about 'where do I go for lightbulbs?', and he immediately stepped down and accompanied me over to where he found the perfect replacement bulbs which were an absolute match, but a much lighter (weight wise) version. Info on the original LED bulb was barely readable, but he found what turned out to be perfect replacements. Upon arrival home, I replaced the non-working bulbs with the new ones which are an absolute match in brightness and look. Amazingly, the final bill was only $23.98 (including tax), which is just under $6 for each bulb. According to the box, these LED lights could last up to 22 years. I hope I'm around to see that when I'm 91 years old! Wait: There's more! This place is filled with every type and style of high-end lighting, so if you're in the mood to re-do any room or entry-way lighting, check out what they have. But again, I was so impressed with the expertise of the associate. I didn't catch his name, but his initials may be RM. On my receipt it lists the 'Writer' as RM.

So one day when we had nothing else to do, we plotted a tour of several fan shops, just to see what was available, but one stop at FanDiego in San Marcos/Escondido and our shopping was complete. Jess was a pleasure to talk to, had exactly the fan we wanted, as well as a family connection to Specialty Electric for the installation, which was a fabulous choice for the work. Easy peasy purchase and easier peasier installation. The new fan looks better, more contemporary, with a bright light if we need it, whisper quiet and a great pusher of air. Happy, happy, joy, joy.

Unfortunately our design had to be changed during the building process. I was disappointed because I like the look of the lights but the finish is a little cheap looking for the price and they do not use standard bulbs. Although the website states there is NO RESTOCKING FEES and FREE SHIPPING, upon calling to process the return we were told there is a RETURN PROCESSING FEE and we would have to pay back the "free" shipping charge. WHAT? Along with paying the return shipping fees. We asked if we could return the lights directly to the store and were told then there would be a restocking fee because they don't sell these lights in the store normally. SO MUCH FOR NO RESTOCKING FEES..... they just change the wording to "processing fees". I have shopped on their website and in the store in the past and spent a lot of money on custom lights and home decor. I am very disappointed in their customer service for returns. We ordered new vanity lights from another company. Make sure you don't need to return anything to this company or you will be out quite a bit of money.
