We stopped in Springfield because friends kept saying how good the cashew chicken was. We looked into it and found it was invented here. We tried to go to the recommended restaurant where the chef owned but it was closed. We took a chance on triple eights and weren't disappointed. We ordered two Reg cashew chicken dinners and an order of chicken fried rice. Good portions all around and very tasty. I did expect more from the cashew chicken as ours seemed like the chicken was Popeyes but still good. The crab Rangoons were awesome plump and full of filling and not over cooked. The service was very attentive a lot more than I would have thought they would be so two thumbs up for them. The restaurant was very friendly well lit and comfy.
