Tuhama's is a tiny hole-in-the-wall that has some of the best shawarma sandwiches in the area. Both meat and chicken shawarma sandwiches have the perfect balance of meat, sauce (garlic in chicken, tahini in meat), and veggies (pickled cucumbers in chicken, pickled turnips, tomato, onion, parsley in meat).
