A beautiful awesome day, amazing people of the world. Today we are at Twisted Fork in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. We're coming in for some good brunch cause you know, me and the crew gotta eat before heading up to whistler for some shred sesh. I ordered the shakshuka which was an ovolacto vegetarian option. Something that I usually gravitate to whenever I see it on the menu. A play of sweet, savory and acidic paired up with the pita bread is destruction my friend. Then there's the French toast which was perfect. The fruits were spot on with the ripeness and the toast had great flavor and texture. Not overly sweet as well. Anywho, we had an awesome time smashing away at the food here. I highly recommend coming here for brunch if you guys are in the area.
