I was excited to try out this coffee shop and was severely disappointed. The biggest problems were the drinks and customer service. I ordered a cold brew with sugar free vanilla and a Penguin latte. The cold brew was very water down and they either forgot the sugar free vanilla or the syrup was non existent. Overall the cold brew is not worth it. The penguin latte tasted like milk with espresso nothing else a very disappointing drink. The older lady taking the orders lack any customer skills and made the experience unpleasant. Overall a very disappointing experience, unpleasant environment and not worth the visit. read more
