Edit: I took the overalls back and explained what was wrong without argument. They were willing to fix it for free and within a couple of days. Updating from 1 to 3 stars. Would be higher if everything had gone correctly at first. I do not recommend this establishment. I paid $40 for a minor hem and for the straps on my overalls to be shortened. Someone messed up and shortened the straps too much. Now they don't have buttons so I can't put them on properly, and when I do squeeze them on, they choke me out because the straps are too short. Super disappointed in they're absolute lack of attention to detail. They even left a crooked raw edge on each strap. How am I supposed to wear something properly if you cut out the buttons?!?! Now my brand new overalls that were a smidge too big that I had taken here to get them tailored are too small. The irony. read more
