Conveniently located in downtown. Parking is $25 and we felt safe as all doors, elevators require door key(card) to access. Try looking for street parking first as Sats and Suns are free. We were able to score free parking in front of the hotel easily. Initially upset because they did not honor our original booking (the king size room with windows). There was a mechanical issue the day before. A heads up would be nice. We were given a full size room with no windows. Manager who was checking us in said he would upgrade us to a suite the next day. And gave us credit to use for food or parking. Too late to find another hotel option so we agreed. The next day we did get a queen room with windows. Here is something I notice - rooms with even numbers have no windows, if you get an odd room number, then you are the lucky folks! The beds are comfy and clean The pool is smaller than expected. Free towels in the back. All staff are friendly. If you want to order a drink in the patio, it will take forever. Go order the wings! Super tasty!! The patio closes at 9pm and last order at 830pm. Check your bill as an igloo charge was added (we did not use one and it's June so yeah no igloos in sight). My husband did not want to argue with staff. read more
