Ultra professional and seasoned groomer located in Everett. After having multiple groomers cancel in Cambridge and a groomer in the Back Bay with a big attitude I decided to make some calls around town. I called the Untangled Tail and spoke to its owner Brenda. She walked me through her 30+ year career as a groomer and had me sold. She uses all sustainable and non-scented oils and shampoos which was a big thing as my Labordoodle always had issues with scented products. Previously traumatized by the groomer in the Back Bay, he was initially scared, but was fighting me to stay when I came to pick him up. The full service grooming has him looking perfect with no ragged clipper marks or nicks. Brenda scheduled for my follow-up appointment. I'm just thrilled to find a reliable and professional groomer. The salon is small and limited to breed as who weigh under 40 pounds. Another nice feature is there is 15min parking alongside the alleyway reserved for her clients. read more
