Nothing has changed in almost a year. Deliveries STILL not coming on time. When I go to the office to retrieve the package I'm told the driver still has it. Worst post office ever. If given the choice, I would absolutely pay more for shipping (FedEx/UPS) to know my packages will be delivered RELIABLY. Staff at the post office are grumpy because they have to deal with unhappy customers all day. Fix this and maybe people wouldn't be coming in unhappy!! I've posted messages from just May (2022) alone of undeliverable! This isn't even all of the frustrating "undeliverable" messages I get. One says a signature was required- WRONG- delivery person just didn't do their job and put down a random code for being lazy. My packages come a day or two after I get the notice they're OUT FOR DELIVERY! Some items are work related and some are personal- either way I'd like to know my packages will arrive when needed/expected. read more
