The experience with them was a nightmare. I had mailed a paper that was really important to Mexico and I paid $75.50 12/13/21. To this day I have no idea where the paper is, I made a report and they sent me to the post office of Bell Gardens CA they told me that they couldn't do anything and too call FedEx. FedEx told me that they couldn't help me and that issue was for the post office and the post office told me it was an issue of FedEx. Nobody wants to give me a refund for my money and nobody wants to help, and they discriminate me and nobody is helping me. I have all of the documents that they gave me. read more
