This location is hit or miss with having a long line. It really depends on what time of the day you're walking in. I've had to wait 5-10 mins before, but on my recent visit I walked right up and was in and out in 3 mins. I always see the same staff member and he's always super pleasant and friendly with me. I'm usually having something mailed or purchasing stamps, nothing difficult, and I've never had an issue.
