The Supervisor name Aben was not a nice person at all. I came in today to pick up my package that they said they attempted to deliver it on Saturday which is a lie. I told him that they were no delivery attempt because I was home all day waiting for my package to be deliver on that day. I showed him the text message alert that you can subscribed on USPS. I showed him the tracking details on their USPS apps and showed him the video recording that my security camera caught at front of my house. The USPS did not even stop or knocked on my door. The delivery truck just passed my house. He said he will talk to the person who did the delivery and all. He went back to get my package and when he came back his attitude change. He was telling me that they were no delivery attempt on Saturday but instead it was on Friday the 10th August. I told him that was not true at all because if they did I could have gotten text alert that they attempted to deliver on Friday. He then starts to raise his voice and that he does not care about the video recording and the tracking details on the app etc.. So I told him that, you are telling me that I was lying. And he answered " Don't put words in my mouth" I said no but that is what you trying to implied to me. I ask his full name but he wont give his last name and just the first name. I told him that he is a federal employee and I have the right to know his name but he just keeps arguing with me. Good thing Ron Ward showed up, he was the Post Master. I told him my situation and showed to him the message and the video recording. He was very apolegetic and says sorry several times. He told me that he will talk to the person who did the delivery on Saturday and the Supervisor as well. So hopefully Ron Ward honors his words to do a corrective action. read more
