This is a great location and if you do not need help from staff it's great to drop mail off ONLY. Last Friday, I had a one of the worst customer service experiences. I submitted a complaint on the post website it was so disrespectful. The manager named himself and then would not listen to my side/perspective on their tape rule. He interrupted me, walked away and even said "I'm done talking" after interrupting me for the last time because I addressed it. The supervisor has called and apologized to address the matters. I appreciate them acknowledging their wrongs. Unfortunately, this will not be my first post office choice anymore, even though it is the closest to my home. For some reason, whenever I need staff help I have found the experiences to be rather uncomfortable due to poor customer service. Like another postman said, "there's just a certain way to go about things" I understood I was wrong and they have this tape policy but I will not allow poor (rude) customer service to go unnoticed as a person that has worked in the customer service industry. The golden rule needs to be in every office, treat others how you want to be treated. Horrible customer service ..if you don't like your job then quit. I tried to ship and item for 44 and was using a 100 bill. I was told we have no change huh..you can't break a 100 bill. All three employees were rude to customers and bad attitudes. Do yourself a favor and go to the Murrieta location they are great.. read more

I run an online business and frequent this post office. I absolutely dread going there. Every time I go, I pray that Tom is working. He is the only person there that smiles and has a sense of humor. The young girl there is the worst. How could someone so young have such a large chip on her shoulder? I managed a company in Murrieta for 25 years before I retired. This girl wouldn't have lasted a week. I would have fired her. It's your job, putt on a smile and get over yourself!!! All of the other employees are just robots with no personality. I have to ask them to stop on the screen to verify my customers addresses. Most of them roll their eyes, Tom always stops on that screen and asks me to verify the address. If the young girl is working I will let people go ahead of me and wait for Tom. This post office needs to address their issues (fire people) or I will drive to Murrieta. By the way, the Murrieta post office should provide training to Wildomar. Everyone in Murrieta is always friendly. read more

Made an appointment to get a new Passport for my 11 year old son. I scheduled the appointment 1 month in advance. Printed everything online. Both my husband and I had to be present and bring your ID (you'll also need a copy of both ID's front and back) or they will charge you. Bring the original birth certificate and a copy, ok'd Passport if it's active. A personal check. You'll also have to pay a $35 fee at the post office (atm or credit card). The person who works at the front named Frances has always had the most poor costumer service. She has been extremely short and rude with us each time we have gone in. If you are going to work in costumer relations you need to have a better attitude. She shouldn't be working at the front if she can't be nice to people. Courier delivered my medication to the wrong mailbox and the Post Office acted like they did not care. I went there inquiring about the whereabouts of my medication. The employee stated a Supervisor would be contacting me. It did not surprised me they did not. I am a military retiree and diagnosed with insomnia and depend on my medication. Hey Siri, hey Siri,..... hey SIIIIIIRIIII?! So the woman that responds to the sound Siri at this post office should not hold a position in anything customer service related. I stood in line for over 5 minutes (understandable with the holiday season) but what my patience did not tolerate was the absolute POOOOOOR service that this woman provides. I AM a paying customer. So the customer (at least from my experience in dealing with other humans in prior positions I've held in my career) is always right. Even if they're being difficult. When I was called in by Siri she was without a doubt rushing, rushing, rushing me to get me out. (Again understood with the holidays) I had asked her if the box I had my packaged my package in was the LEAST EXPENSIVE ONE $30 dollars then went down to $20 and some change. I still thought this was all to high. I left and came back to request my package to be refunded (after doing my due diligence) I was asked to wait since Siri had gone on lunch. I the interim there was another woman waiting for Siri as well. In a nutshell the customer was showing Siri the tracking number and the customer kept showing her that it was in fact delivered to the post office. Siri got really defensive and things escalated quickly and rude words were exchanged so Siri called the 'PostMaster' whatever in the heck that is.... I'm gonna assume he was the manager. Nonetheless Siri's customer service reminded me of perhaps a teenage girl that just got introduced to adderol without needing it. Siri is HELLLLLLA defensive and she has to make it known that in her mind (her perspective is ALL that seems to matter to her) When she jumped and ran to the phone to call the 'postMaster' she reminded me of a 4-7 year old with her actions. Overall I would be mortified if I was the manager or general manager of this branch to be receiving this kind of feedback Siri, maybe it's time to retire mammas. Getting a passport is so overwhelming. I scheduled an appointment here to have my application authenticated. It was the only place within 50 miles of Vista that had appointments for the next 3 months. I tried calling several days in a row and never was able to get through, so I scheduled online. I walked in exactly at 1:00, which is when my appointment was. If you're coming for an appointment, come early, because they will call your name for your appointment 5 minutes before. Melinda was so helpful and kind when helping me through the many documents, questions, and paperwork. I was visibly overwhelmed (this was my second attempt at applying for a passport after my first try with Rush My Passport failed), and she made it feel much more manageable. read more

Anytime and everytime a package is sent by someone or amazon passes it off to the post office. It never gets delivered on time.or when it is expect. We pick our mail up on grand ave,we have cluster boxs. Not sure why they cant deliver and take it back to the post office. And than make you chase down your packages. Fast and friendly everytime! It doesn't seem to matter who helps me here, every employee has been extremely kind and helpful. Went in to do passport renewals and was out in under 5 minutes each time. They know their stuff and are happy to help which I love! Parking lot can get a little busy but just be patient and it clears up. We have a P.O. Box, we purchase lots of stamps and send out packages. They also deliver our mail. We have never had an issue with this post office. Every time we need to do something we walk right in and you rarely have to wait. It is very small compared to any other post office I've ever seen. But, service is much faster. Also all of the employee's are very helpful ... especially the 2 ladies at the counter. read more

Went in here to drop off a package and get my passport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I got in and out in 5 minutes (thankfully there was no line). The best part about this USPS is that there's walk-ins for passports so you don't have to make an appointment. Make sure you bring in all needed forms/documentation to save time. read more

Man oh man, first let me say these employees are very hard workers who put up with a lot of bs from the public. I came here to get a passport on the same day that half of Riverside County was getting a passport. This post office is about as big as a double wide trailer and it was a line out the door just of people wanting to get a passport. If you are coming to get a passport I would say first make sure you already had something to eat, then be patient because these employees are working very hard to help us. So don't be rude just make sure you have what you need because if you don't then they will let you know and that will just set you back. Okay so yes there is only one guy who can actually process the passport applications and I know that's so a little crazy. Seriously, at no time of day is it safe to roam the streets of this dust bowl, God-forsaken town. Unfortunately, an aspect of my job forces me to travel to this town, but I really don't like it. I spotted this Post Office on my way to a site so I figured it was as good a time as any to get some of my personal shipping done. The clerks were super friendly and very helpful. I am a very reasonable person but i think one or two of your delivery agent(?) Is very lazy. We have gotten a note before about parking our car too close to the mailbox a d fixed it. But this time (and the one before) it is just ludicrous! I have made sure its more(wayyy more) than 15ft away (like indicated im the last notice) of distance between my car and the mailbox but we stil got a NOTE that we need to make space for the mailman to deliver our mail. I am absolutely amazed at how bad the automated phone service is. I get some stupid phone service that can't accept commands. Trying to track a package is impossible. Try being on the phone and toggling between screens to give the automated attendant the numbers it needs to track the package. Forbid you are a digit off then you have to start the whole process over again. There is no direct line to any human. The only reason the postal service gets 1 star is because DMV, EDD, and ATF have already filled the zero star category. The Supervisor name Aben was not a nice person at all. I came in today to pick up my package that they said they attempted to deliver it on Saturday which is a lie. I told him that they were no delivery attempt because I was home all day waiting for my package to be deliver on that day. I showed him the text message alert that you can subscribed on USPS. I showed him the tracking details on their USPS apps and showed him the video recording that my security camera caught at front of my house. The USPS did not even stop or knocked on my door. The delivery truck just passed my house. He said he will talk to the person who did the delivery and all. He went back to get my package and when he came back his attitude change. He was telling me that they were no delivery attempt on Saturday but instead it was on Friday the 10th August. I told him that was not true at all because if they did I could have gotten text alert that they attempted to deliver on Friday. He then starts to raise his voice and that he does not care about the video recording and the tracking details on the app etc.. So I told him that, you are telling me that I was lying. And he answered " Don't put words in my mouth" I said no but that is what you trying to implied to me. I ask his full name but he wont give his last name and just the first name. I told him that he is a federal employee and I have the right to know his name but he just keeps arguing with me. Good thing Ron Ward showed up, he was the Post Master. I told him my situation and showed to him the message and the video recording. He was very apolegetic and says sorry several times. He told me that he will talk to the person who did the delivery on Saturday and the Supervisor as well. So hopefully Ron Ward honors his words to do a corrective action. read more

for the past five years , my mail has been put on some one else's box and some of other mails have been in our box. i have informed them and their supervisor on several occasions thru out the five years and also put a note inside my i mail box that "only put our names in the box and not others . this time, i went again to the post office in wildomar, ca that services our mail and talked to a couple of people there including the supervisor ( elena hernandez) who claims to be the boss but refuse to cooperate in telling me who the mail carrier who put all of my nieghbors mail in my box so that we can resolve this issue once and for all which has been going on our area for years accordingly. she said she will not help and left me . can anyone please tell me who to call to stop these people from destroying our mail service. read more

The staff is very friendly. Since I'm usually there just to buy a book of stamps, I thought I'd mention that my teenage son has sold a few items on eBay and the postal workers are great about letting him know which shipping options are available. They'll let him know which is the best "bang for your buck" and remind him about Delivery Confirmation. Their great customer service really means a lot to me. STOLE three consecutive parcels totaling over $12,000 in value. Lied to my face over and over, lied to the senders as well stating I had personally picked up the parcels in question and they had a "picture to prove it" in other word try to cover their bases. They consistently stated someone else must have a key many times - desperately trying to deflect any involvement. *NOTE: After the second stolen parcel I questioned them about it, kept saying someone must have a key. Then they made a whole scene to rekey the box. They did NOT Ive me the new keys - the NEXT DAY THEY STOLE ANOTHER ONE. They had said they would open an investigation which I will be following up on shortly. I hope there's plenty of cameras in the back offices to ensure a proper investigation of Randy or whatever the flamboyant mans name is. read more
