I would not recommend using USA Flooring in Durham or Raleigh for anything. We got our whole house done in engineered hardwood in August. The flooring was defective and the whole house needs to be redone. They have agreed, however have dragged their feet for almost 3 months. We have to constantly call them, we have been passed off from store manager Kenan Lewis in Durham where we purchased, to Anthony in Raleigh. Neither have any customer service skills nor have been proactive in any way. Meanwhile half of our house has been in our garage since August. We picked out new flooring weeks ago and it appears it might be delivered soon. The "redo" process is going to take at least twice as long as they rip up and sand the whole house all over again. We will incur significant expense to house us and our dog for a week as well as additional cleaning fees not to mention 3 months of aggravation and moving everything back into the garage. I asked for 20% refund and was told "you can check with the manufacturer." I didn't contract with the manufacturer! The whole thing has been a nightmare of bad customer service.
