We love love loved our home away from home from Vancraft. It was well laid out. From the comfy built-in bench to the memory foam bed...so comfortable & cozy to stay in during cold nights at times with severe rain & windy weather. Packed with everything we needed for a perfect 2 weeks in February to the Oregon coast. The van was so easy to drive & fit perfectly in a parking space! We especially appreciate Rick Vipperman the Service Manager at the San Diego location. He was so kind & patient with our many questions & concerns. He took the time to answer questions during our tour prior to making the reservation. We called him on the road when we were not able to find diesel #2 and he made us feel safe & never made us feel rushed. The service he provided was priceless, and that was the best part of the rental. Aydin Every the General Manger from Colorado, was also fantastic to deal with. He was very knowledgeable & helpful in answering our questions. These gentlemen really helped us have the best trip possible! We genuinely believe they want their customers to have a fantastic trip!
