Ruined my dress for a wedding I'm going to right now. There's 2 snag marks and dirt marks that weren't there before. My dress was new and had tag on it. Now my dress is so dirty looking. So embarrassed to go.. the marks are huge.. I came in to have the bottom hemmed. I have no idea why the top half on my leg is even touched. Really really annoying because I'm going to wedding right now and didn't try on because I figured it was going to look fine. Not coming here regardless if it's close. So frustrating!!!
