They do a fine job but they're unreliable. They'll tell you your clothes will be ready by a certain time and then they're not ready when you go to pick them up. Also I believe it's the owner, shows no remorse when things are not ready. She also has a bad attitude- she acts like she's doing you a favor by accepting your clothes. I'd go elsewhere read more

I used to come here frequently while living in Ocean Park. They always did a great job and re-washed my clothes when necessary. I could gripe about them not getting it right the first time but from my experience, a dry cleaner who's willing to wash your clothes again at no extra charge is not always a guarantee. So this place gets props for that. Price is also not bad. If I still lived in Ocean Park or if I moved back there, I wouldn't hesitate to come here for my dry cleaning needs. read more

Ruined my dress for a wedding I'm going to right now. There's 2 snag marks and dirt marks that weren't there before. My dress was new and had tag on it. Now my dress is so dirty looking. So embarrassed to go.. the marks are huge.. I came in to have the bottom hemmed. I have no idea why the top half on my leg is even touched. Really really annoying because I'm going to wedding right now and didn't try on because I figured it was going to look fine. Not coming here regardless if it's close. So frustrating!!! If I could leave 10 stars on yelp, this would be the business I would leave it on. Elena and her team are so knowledgeable about how to fix your garment in the best way. I've literally probably been here once a week for the last year getting things tailored and dry cleaned. Also so incredibly affordable. Elena is such a sweetheart and this place deserves all high praise. I've taken my leather and suede jackets to other places but I feel like they were never actually cleaned. I have pretty bad allergies so I kept sneezing and itching my eyes even after getting my leather cleaned at other places. When I brought it here, my stuff actually got cleaned and my allergies improved significantly! I've also had formal dresses taken in and shortened here. The finish was seamless. I just shortened a thick cable knit sweater, which can be so difficult and possibly not possible to alter. Elena and her team made it look so natural! My clothes and closet are starting to fit me so perfectly because I'm getting my things tailored here to my liking. Again, can't say more good things about this place! read more

It's hard finding a dry cleaner on the west side that isn't going to cost you an arm and a leg. After searching I came across this place in Venice. Their prices were comparable to ones I was going to drive farther out for. They have friendly service with a quick turnaround. Only slight downfall is the parking lot is pretty small and shared with a couple other places. I asked if she could get out a stain that had been set in and she was able to do that as well. So glad I found a reliable cleaner. Prices: $$ and cheaper than a lot in the area. Parking: small lot in the plaza. You can park up the street a bit as well. Staff: very nice and helpful read more

I have been going to this place for many many years. The lady at the counter is alway very pleasant. She even remembers my phone number!!. I have had some alterations and the quality of the work is superb. There aren't many business left that have the small town feeling where you are called by your name and you know the person on the other side of the counter. When I walked in the next day I was greeted with warmth and she knew me immediately when I referred to yelp:my message! I put on the pants I initially wanted hemmed and tried on with different shoes. I came back 30 minutes before they closed and they told me they accidently shipped my clothes to Santa Monica... Why on earth were my clothes shipped anywhere? Like what? I recently needed a large winter blanket cleaned and had just plopped in onto their counter. When I went to pick it up, they brought it out nicely folded into a cute lil bag. They're definitely pros here because I'm not sure how they were able to squeeze my giant blanket into such a manageable sized bag. So my feelings are this... worth it if you have something that you're worried about but for me, I definitely cannot afford this place as my everyday cleaner.
