I came to Verizon for the newest AirPod pros. I had my dog in the car with the air conditioner going and windows cracked. I went in quickly to ask if the AirPod pros were in stock and if I could bring my dog in. When I went back to my car my keys and dog were locked inside. It was warm out. I worked on getting my app to open the car. AAA was over an hour away to open the car. The manager and an employee went out of the way to help me. One went to a near by auto part store and the other had some tools in their truck. I wanted to express my thanks for going above and above helping me out.
